Community Manager / Online Reputation Management Specialist

As a community manager/ online reputation management specialist you will be responsible for keeping the engagement going on the pages of well reputed brands. You will need to show tact and wit in responding to comments on posts, inbox messages and reviews. You will also be responsible for the overall image and reputation of the brand across platforms online. You will receive guidance and support from the respective Social Media Strategists and Execution team.

Essential Skill Sets:

  • Excellent command over English (written)
  • Has a flair for talking to people online (decently)
  • Have a basic understanding of social media platforms and their key elements (a little beyond sharing a selfie)
  • Hands on experience of Social Media and ORM tools will be useful
  • Ability to identify critical social posts as well as patterns emerging from posts
  • Presentation skills
  • Focused on delivery
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (very fast)
  • Ready to work 6 days a week (option to Work from Home on a Saturday)
  • Good to have: MS Excel skills and exposure to work on Google docs or G-Suite
  • 0 – 2 Years Experience in Online Reputation Management
